We currently ship across India. Delivery services are available for all cities and towns, with varying delivery timelines depending on your location.

Shipping Charges

  1. Standard Shipping: A flat shipping fee will apply to orders under a specified amount.
  2. Free Shipping: Orders above a certain value qualify for free shipping (as stated on our website).

Delivery Timelines

  1. Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 2-3 business days after payment confirmation.
  2. Estimated delivery times:

       Metro Cities: 3-5 business days

       Non-Metro Cities: 5-7 business days

       Remote Areas: 7-10 business days
Note: These timelines are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances, including holidays or natural disruptions.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, we will provide a tracking number via email or SMS, enabling you to monitor your package’s journey.

Failed Deliveries

If a delivery attempt fails due to incorrect information provided at checkout, re-delivery charges may apply.

 

Return Policy

Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns for products that meet the following criteria:

  1. The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
  2. The product is returned within 7 days of delivery.
  3. The original tags, packaging, and invoice are intact.

Non-Returnable Items

  1. Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable" during purchase.
  2. Customized or personalized products.
  3. Damaged items caused by improper use or negligence.

Return Process

  1. Initiating a Return: Email us at sales@limitededx.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Approval: Once your return request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to send the item back.
  3. Shipping the Return: Customers are responsible for return shipping charges unless the item is defective or an error was made on our part.

Refund Policy

  1. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
  2. The refund will be issued to the original payment method.
  3. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued as store credit.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. You may return an item and place a new order for the replacement.

Cancellations

  2. If the order has already been shipped, cancellation will not be possible.
