Refund and Exchange Policy

At Limitededx, we stand behind the quality of our streetwear. While we do not offer refunds, we do provide hassle-free exchanges in case of size issues or defective products.


No Refunds

All purchases made on limitededx.com are final. We do not provide refunds under any circumstances.

No exchanges will be made on products purchase under sale ( Discounted rates)


Exchange Policy

We accept exchanges only under the following conditions:

  • Size Issue: If the product doesn’t fit, we’ll help you with a size exchange.

  • Defective Product: If you receive a damaged or defective item.


Exchange Conditions

  • Request must be raised within 48 hours of receiving the product.

  • Item must be unused, unwashed, and returned in original condition with tags and packaging intact.

  • Only one-time exchange is allowed per order.


How to Request an Exchange

  1. Email us at sales@limitededx.com with your order ID and reason for exchange.

  2. For defective items, attach clear photos of the defect.

  3. Once approved, we’ll provide the return instructions and ship your replacement after inspection.

 

Exchange Shipping

  • Size Exchanges: Return shipping is to be handled by the customer. We’ll ship the replacement at no additional cost.

  • Defective Product: We will arrange reverse pickup or reimburse your return shipping after verification.


Important Notes

  • No exchange will be processed if the item shows signs of wear, washing, or damage caused after delivery.

  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

  • Discounted items and accessories are not eligible for exchange.
